Montclair Basement Renovation

Keil design recently completed a basement renovation in a 110 year-old Montclair home. We needed to level a floor that was 6-inches low at one end, and recessed numerous pipes and wires into the ceiling. The walls are insulated for warmth, and the ceiling is insulated for sound-damping. Lighting is fluorescent, and the moldings reflect those of the upper floors of the house.
